Looking after your Roofline and Cladding

Your new fascia, soffits, guttering and cladding can be easily maintained by simply cleaning with sponge/cloth and warm soapy water. This should be done as regularly as necessary, but we would suggest doing this at least every 6 months.
 

Roofline Service

UPVC roofline is a relatively low maintenance product. However, we do advise that you clean your roofline at least twice a year. In some areas with a lot of trees etc, this may require more regular maintenance.

How to clean

Simply clean down with a bucket of warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Do not use rough or abrasive materials as it could damage it. If you do this regularly then your door will not collect enough dirt and grime and you will not have to clean it so vigorously.

Gutter clearing

For your guttering, it is essential that you ensure there are no blockages as water will build up and warp the guttering and cause leaks.

Access

The access for this may not be so simple for homeowners but there are plenty of gutter cleaning specialists or window cleaning companies that offer this service.

 

We do guarantee our installation and materials, however if we are called out to a leaking gutter which is caused due to poor maintenance, then this could be chargeable. So it is always best to check they are not clogged up before reaching out.
